Caitlin is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Denver Seminary.
Caitlin places high value on the connection she has in session with each of her clients, and approaches sessions from an authentic, integrative perspective, with the underlying desire for all clients to feel both safe and known.
Caitlin is able to hold the paradox of being both gentle and easygoing in session, while also providing structure and being open and forthcoming with clients. She views therapy as a collaborative process and works to help clients further understand their inner world, the function of their emotions, healthy boundaries, communication strategies, and skills to self-regulate.
