Sarah Ells earned her Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is passionate about coming along side others in their journey toward healing. Sarah believes one of our greatest needs as individuals is to feel seen and heard in a safe environment. More often than not, we have experiences that don’t allow us to feel seen and heard and the environment is less than nurturing.

Sarah uses a strength-based approach including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and EMDR.

Sarah is passionate about helping couples, families and individuals identify the negative stories that are easy to believe and create a future that is different. As a therapist, Sarah values vulnerability and authenticity in order to walk out of the shame that is limiting life to the full. She enjoys working with those who feel stuck and in desperate need of relief and change.
