Relationships 101

Group Description

Relationship 101 is a group geared towards individuals who are struggling with dating, starting a new relationship, or those who want to get the skills to keep their relationship working. This group would also be helpful for those navigating challenging family, friend, or work relationships. The group will allocate time for both education and space for questions and processing.

There are a wide variety of topics including boundaries, trust, communication, and more.

The goal of this group is to help you to better understand why we struggle in relationships, to gain skills and confidence to navigate relationships more effectively, and how to better protect yourself from engaging with people who are unhealthy and hurtful.

Why Groups Work

Perhaps you think the idea of joining a group sounds a bit intimidating. The truth is: IT IS! But we think we do some of our best work when we might feel a tad uncomfortable. We offer classes in a variety of different areas:

For those who are trying to learn more about themselves, go deeper, and enhance their toolkit on life.

For those who want to take their relationship from a 4 or a 5 to a 10.

Classes for as young as 2-5 all the way up to high school.

Classes focused around anxiety, depression, trauma, mood, OCD, and more.
