Hi, I’m Tansy. I’m a therapist who believes that everyone has inherent worth and the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change. I see therapy as a journey we take together—one where you're in the driver’s seat, and I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and support. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I’ll always respect your values, your pace, and your story. Whatever brings you here, we’ll work together to uncover clarity, healing, and direction that feels true to you.
I earned my Master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary in Phoenix. Before becoming a therapist, I studied business (BBA from the University of Kentucky and an MBA in Leadership from Grand Canyon University). That background has helped me understand how life, relationships, and work often overlap in complex ways.
Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, families, and teens in both group and one-on-one settings, including partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs. I support people facing a wide range of challenges—whether it's anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what’s next. I especially love helping couples move through tough times and build stronger, healthier connections with each other.
We look forward to getting you connected!
