She prioritizes creating an environment in session that provides you with the safety you need to dig deep and explore vulnerability. Lauren utilizes Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in her practice with clients. She will be completing her EFT Externship and Core Skills training in August.
