Lauren's goal is to come to session in the same way that she wants you to: authentically and as a human. She believes that you have the internal resources you need to change, and her job is to help you unlock them. She prioritizes creating an environment in session that provides you with the safety you need to dig deep and explore vulnerability. Lauren utilizes Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in her practice with clients. She will be completing her EFT Externship and Core Skills training in August.
Lauren is a Minnesota native but has enjoyed living in the desert for the last 3 years. When Lauren isn't working with clients, she enjoys hiking, rock climbing, trying new foods, and enjoying a good book
