Shea is a trauma-informed Licensed Associate Counselor who brings honesty, humor, and a collaborative spirit into every therapy session. With a passion for helping clients feel seen, safe, and supported, Shea works with individuals, couples, and young children navigating difficult emotions, stuck patterns, and relationship challenges. She believes in creating a space where clients can explore their stories with curiosity, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of hope.
Shea is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and integrates a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel understood—and when we begin to understand ourselves.

Therapeutic Approach:
Shea’s approach is trauma-informed, relational, and deeply respectful of each client’s story. She uses EMDR to support trauma processing and blends CBT and IFS to promote insight, healing, and self-awareness. Sessions with Shea are collaborative and intentional—aimed at helping clients build emotional resilience and move toward the change they’re seeking.
Therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to go it alone. Shea offers a free 15-minute consultation to help you ask questions, get a feel for her approach, and take the first step toward meaningful change.
