In grief, our emotions can feel so disorganized and overwhelming; it leaves us uncertain about where to start. In this group, we created a safe environment to construct your grieving path. We use intentional interventions to help you move through your loss and begin to heal. We meet weekly for 90 minute sessions to learn a specific grief intervention and hold space for processing. While we recognize and validate all forms of grief, this group is reserved for physical loss and does not include loss of a pet or relationship at this time.
