Emotional Regulation | Episode 5

Today we are discussing what it means to regulate! You know, that feeling when you feel not quite in control and might say or do something that you might typically not. Cayla, Colter, and Lauren go over tools for how to engage in self regulation. They give psychoeducation about our emotions, how our bodies indicate to us when we need to regulate, using breath and movement, and differentiating between self-regulation and co-regulation.
