Hold Me Tight · A couples weekend in Phoenix

When Talking
Turns into Distance,
Try a Different Conversation.

A two-day workshop to help you recognize the pattern you get caught in and practice new ways to respond to each other.

November 7–8, 2026

Sat 9am–6pm · Sun 9am–5pm

4545 E Shea Blvd, Phoenix

$650

Per Couple

You're not alone in this
A Cycle, not A Character Flaw
Maybe you're the one who keeps bringing things up, hoping this time it lands. Maybe you're the one who goes quiet, because the conversation already feels lost. Both are ways of trying to stay safe when things get tense — they just pull you in opposite directions.
‍
If you've thought, "my partner shuts down whenever I try to talk," you're describing a pattern a lot of couples recognize once someone names it for them. Hold Me Tight is built around seeing that pattern together and finding a different way through it.
