Brisa Hopkins is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student and Clinical Intern. She plans to graduate from Northern Arizona University with her Master's in the Summer of 2026 and become a Licensed Professional Counselor. With over three years of experience in the mental health field, she has had the privilege of working with a diverse set of clients and has helped them navigate a myriad of concerns such as substance abuse, eating disorders, interpersonal skills, anxiety, and depression.
Her special interests include working with adults struggling with OCD, identity development and self-image, relationship dynamics, and existential concerns. Brisa utilizes a variety of approaches such as ACT, CBT, IFS, DBT, RCT, somatic, existential, and narrative therapies in order to provide her clients with customized, effective treatment that caters to their needs, wants, and pace. She is fiercely passionate about supporting her clients in exploring their identity, overcoming their obstacles, and building a life worth living.
In her free time, Brisa enjoys being active (yoga, hiking, weightlifting, walking), attending concerts/raves, and spending time with her partner and her goldendoodle Millie.
