Modalities:
Chloe uses a strengths-based approach, integrating Child-Centered Play Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Chloe enjoys helping children develop emotional regulation skills, build confidence, and express themselves in healthy ways through the language of play. She also works with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the life they want to live. As a therapist, Chloe values collaboration and believes meaningful change happens by building on each client's existing strengths while developing practical tools to navigate life's challenges in ways that align with their values.
