IOP may be worth discussing when your mental health has started changing the shape of your life.
You may be a good fit for IOP if:

Taken FMLA / stepped away from work

Relationships strained or breaking

Close to losing job / failing school / withdrawing from major responsibilities

Weekly therapy hasn't been enough

Dropped out of school, took time off, or moved back home

Symptoms getting worse despite trying to get better

Stuck in a cycle of anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, or overwhelm

Frequent thoughts of hopelessness or giving up on the future

A therapist, doctor, or loved one has suggested you may
need more support

Thrive's IOP means 3 days/week, 3 hours per visit, living at home, staying connected to your real life.
For people who need support, insight, and skill-building, but whose daily life is still mostly functioning.
For people whose mental health is disrupting work, school, relationships, independence, or daily stability, but who aren't ready to step away from their lives entirely in order to get help. Is there a way to add something like “and still want to stay involved in their daily lives”
For people who need 24/7 support, medical stabilization, or a level of safety outpatient care can't provide.
Not Sure Where You Fit? — That's normal. We can help you think it through.

This is truly where Thrive stands apart from other IOPs in Arizona. We take a true mental health only focus. Meaning we leave substance abuse to the other guys.

Designed and led by licensed therapists who understand what real recovery looks like.

Not a rotating schedule of providers — you work with the same team who know your story. We keep 7 staff members to 12 clients at a given time.

Exposure and response prevention (ERP) combined with DBT and ACT skills built for OCD.

Real, face-to-face connection with others who understand what you're going through.

In-network with major insurers so cost isn't a barrier to getting care.
